I'm sure I would have been happy working with anyone but the first person I met was Charb and I was lucky. He worked with me on the details, he answered any questions. He was professional, polite and a very nice person. I was able to take delivery very quickly and this is where Charb really went above and beyond. He spent a lot of time pointing out the features of the car patiently making sure I understood and felt comfortable with them. He pointed out little cubby holes in the car, and other features. He also pointed out things they had done to get it ready for delivery - new disc brakes, the tires almost new, the under coat for rust prevention, the navigation system. All in all it was very easy. My wife and I were looking for a vehicle at a reasonable price when we came across Super Sales Auto. We live in Cardinal, Ont. The guys there are very hospitable and they have a very relaxed sales approach. Not in your face sellers. Have questions, they will answer them honestly. Their after sales commitment is second to none. We had trouble with our vehicle even after 3 months. (Don't forget these are used vehicles, not new.) They bent over backwards to help us with the repairs. They didn't have to. When I need another vehicle, I am definitely going back. Seriously.
